Please refer to the Policy on Valuation of Properties and Empanelment of Valuers (communicated vide IC No. 03050-2022 dated 28th Feb 2022) for the year 2022-23 and our letter ref no. MSME: 2696:2022 dated 25.07.2022, vide which we have commenced the process for empanelment of valuers & annual performance review of existing valuers. In this regard, based on the recommended list of valuers received from all the FGMOs (in compliance to the guidelines as envisaged in subject policy), the competent authority has approved, Zone Wise Empanelment of Valuers & annual performance review of existing valuers. The empanelled list is furnished in the annexure. The subject list shall be valid up to 30-09-2024 (existing valuers) & 30.09.2025 (Fresh valuers) (subject to review of performance annually). Assignment of valuation for different asset class to be ensured before allotting any work & limit of the value of the property for assignment of valuation work should be strictly as per the category of the valuer contained in para no 4.6 on categories of valuers of the said policy. IBAs caution list of TPEs should be verified periodically. In the event of appearance of any of our panel valuer in the IBA’s caution list of TPEs, the details thereof shall be intimated to MSME Department CO, for appropriate action. FGMOs/ROs to ensure that there should be equitable distribution of work amongst panel valuers based upon their past performance. The current list supersedes all other previous panel valuers list.
