Instead of drinking caffeinated beveragesit is better to drink teathat is loaded with Vitamin C. Rosehip tea is one; other high – C teas are spearmint, peppermint and lemongrass. Drugs like aspirin are known to lower the Vitamin C level in the blood. Other drugs are tetracycline, arthritis drugs to name a few. To counter their effect take enough Vitamin C supplements.
