General Overview This document consists of policy for the recruitment process 2. Purpose To establish the process from the start of IT being recruited until IT resigns. 3. Definition 3.1. Information Technology Information technology (IT) professionals are responsible for helping organizations maintain their digital infrastructure and providing troubleshooting assistance to technology consumers. IT employees are in demand to help others keep up with technological advances and security procedures. 3.4. Hiring Hiring is a short-term oriented process to meet current workforce needs or fill open roles within the company 4. Scope & Limitations This policy for now only applied to policy and procedure related to the ARCHIPELAGO Managed Hotels. 5. Implementation 5.1. Job Criterion 5.1.1. Officer Level Minimum Requirements ● Education Fresh Graduate Diploma Degree in Information System/Computer Science or Equivalent ● Language Skill Proficient in English both written and spoken ● Personality Quality Detail oriented, organized, patient, moves quickly, gets things done, a good memory, can follow directions without making mistakes or forgetting. ● Special Responsibilities Flexible working hours, Able to handle non-technical or angry people in a positive way. 5.1.2. Supervisor Level Minimum Requirements ● Education Diploma Degree in Information System/Computer Science or Equivalent ● Language Skill Proficient in English both written and spoken ● Personality Quality Detail oriented, organized, patient, moves quickly, gets things done, a good memory, can follow directions without making mistakes or forgetting. ● Special Responsibilities Flexible working hours, Often maintenance has to happen during late nights or early mornings, IT needs to accept that, Able to handle non-technical or angry people in a positive way. ● Work Experience Minimum experience of 1 year at the same position. Deep knowledge of switches, routers, bandwidth management, and cabling. Experience and understanding of different RAID configurations. Can make basic scripts to automatic basic tasks. 5.1.3. Manager Level Minimum Requirements ● Education S1 Degree in Information System/Computer Science or Equivalent ● Language Skill Proficient in English both written and spoken ● Personality Quality Mature, pleasant/calm, a people person, able to adapt to rapid changes and new technology, calm under pressure. ● Special Responsibilities Sometimes bad things happen to the network which prevents everyone from working or the company to lose money or customers all be complaining during inconvenient days or times, such as on the weekend or late at night. We need someone who is willing to come into work and fix it – and hopefully, try to prevent a similar situation from happening in the future. ● Work Experience Minimum experience of 2 years at the same position.
