Rephrase certain expressions, such as research necessity, research objective, subject matter in Chapter 1: Introduction. 2. Improved crucial points on the concepts of commercial arbitration awards, foreign arbitral awards and public policy in Chapter 2: Theoretical Framework. 3. Improved the link between Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of the thesis. 4. Improved on the basis of recommendations made in Chapter 5. 5. Corrected spelling typos. Unified the citation format. 6.
