It is commonly believed that/ it is a fact that/ people hold the view that public transport first appeared/came into being in the 2000s, which is really/extremely fascinating/interesting/intriguing. From my point of view/in my opinion/from my perspective/from my standpoint, this is the main reason of/this is the culprit of parking restriction in cities. Additionally/moreover/furthermore, in order to foster/improve/enhance/boost the effectiveness of public transportation, the authorities/the governments have restricted private cars, which may have a considerable bearing/impact on the city appearance. However, there is an increasing concern about the adverse/bad/detrimental impact/effect/influence of public transport on the environment, especially air pollution.
