Some people think that it’t better to eat in restaurants, while others believe that it’s better to eat at home. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both points of view. On the one hand, it’s better to eat in restaurants. Firstly, restaurants have a lot of delicious dishes. For example, you can try many special foods such as seafood, Kobe beef,… Secondly, you can have fun with your friends when you eat in restaurants. For instance, you can focus on comunicating with friends. Thirdly, you have more time for yourself. It’s easier and faster than going to a supermarket to get the ingredients, then going back home to wash them and finally, start cooking.
On the other hand, eating at home is also beneficial. First of all, eating at home helps you save money. For example, eating homemade foods is usually much cheaper than eating at a restaurant. When you eat at a restaurant, you pay for not only the food, but also the costs of running that business. Additionally, eating at home helps you connect with your family. From cooking together with a partner to sharing the highs and lows of your day with your kids around the dinner table, food has long been a source of connection. In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people evaluate the impact of this issue. Considering the pros of both views I believe both arguments have their merits. In my opinion, I prefer eating at a restaurant because of delicious dishes, having fun with my friends and having more time for myself. People have different views about where they eat, in restaurants or at home. Some people think that it is better to eat in restaurants while others prefer to eat at home. In this essay I am going to examine this question from both points of view. On the one hand, I am totally in an agreement that eating at home has many benefits because of some following reasons. Firstly, you can set up and cook delicious meals. For example, you can choose what kind of food you want at the market and make them yourself to your taste. Secondly, the food cooked at home will be hygienic, and we are not afraid of contamination. For instance, some people are poisoned because of eating foods in restaurants . Thirdly, eating at home will help to save money. To be specific, a meal for 3 people costs about 100-200 thousand dong per meal while a meal in a restaurant costs 500 thousand dong. On the other hand, there are some benefits of eating in restaurants. First of all, the food is available/ servered at our table and there are many dishes for us to choose. To illustrate, we don't have to think about what to cook today. Additionally, space in a luxurious restaurant with waiters, music and eye- catching decoration always make our meals more delicious. Moreover, eating in a restaurant is an opportunity for the whole family to go out to eat and talk with friends. In conclusion, both views have their own merits. In my opinion, I prefer eating at home because I can cook myself, enjoy hygienic foods and save money. People have different views about where people choose to eat. change foods, atmosphere, feeling,... after hard work or stressful study. In short, there are several important points from my point of view about eating in restaurants. On the other hand, eating at home also has many advantages. First of all, eating at home helps people save a lot of money. To illustrate, they don’t need to pay too much money for expensive meals in restaurants. Additionally, eating at home can help people to control reasonable diet. So, they can improve their health. Moreover, eating at home is one of the ways to reduce stress. Because when you focus on cooking, choosing ingredients, seasoning to taste, ... they all will make you forget our pressure. In conclusion, both views have their own merits. In my opinion, I think people should consider both points of view to make it fit your eating purpose. Practice 2: The computer age has arrived and it has changed our lives in many ways including how we learn. Computers allow huge amounts of information to be stored in a small space (general statement). Some people say that computers can help Maths learn easier ( QD1), while others argue computers have mostly negative effects in education ( QD2). Discuss both views. This essay shall shed light on both perspectives before forming an opinion. I, however, side with the former view/latter view. In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people evaluate the impact of this issue. Considering the pros of both views I believe both arguments have their merits. The benefits of computer - When using technology in teaching and learning maths at schools, computers can significantly enhance academic performance and help students be more productive by do the sums faster and easier.
- Students have an opportunity to learn and finished mathematical skill with a big sized subtraction and addition with the help of computer.Without computers, students cannot complete long and difficult formulas in a short period of time. Drawbacks of using computers - Overusing a computer has many negative effects on people's health and people's work. For example, sitting too much in front of the computer will harm eyes and obesity because of eating habit when using computers - Using computers for a long time with doing nothing is time-consuming - the Internet-addicted person is often unsociable because they do not take part in social activities, accordingly they can be autism easily - Different tasks are performed automatically by using computers, as a result it reduces the need of labour and increases unemployment in the society. - Many people use computers without positive purposes because they play games and chat for a long period of time. It causes wastage of time and energy. Young generations are now spending more time on social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, Zalo. - They text their friends all night through , which is bad for both studies and their health - The data stored on a computer can be accessed/ hacked by unauthorized persons through networks. It has created serious problems for personal privacy and security.
