Goals (Short-term & Long-term): Short-Term Goals (0 to 6 months): Goals: ● To have a simplified kitchen operations plan and enhance teamwork coordination among baking, packing, and customer service teams to lower order mistakes to improve turnaround time. ● Introduce a "Flavor of the Month" campaign to increase product variety and promote repeat buying. ● Improve Social Media visibility and have 1000 followers on all social media platforms (Facebook Page, TikTok, Instagram etc.) ● Ensure proper ingredient stock levels and waste reduction. Plan: ● Create a definite staff system with their daily operational schedules. ● Monitor sales data and create social media posts to highlight the "Flavor of the Month" ● Create a content calendar to maintain consistency with the scheduled postings and will remain relevant on contents. ● Apply a simple but efficient monthly ingredient tracker.
